Up and coming events
The Quadrangle | Moora
young people from Moora tell it like it is!
Moora Performing Arts Centre | Friday, 22 May 202
The Quadrangle is a one-of-a-kind Headphone Verbatim Performance coming to Moora, and you won’t have seen anything quite like it before.
Actors and producers Mark Storen and Georgia King take to the stage wearing headphones, listening to real recorded interviews with local young people and speaking their words out loud, exactly as they hear them. No script, no embellishment – just the genuine voices and experiences of Moora & Surrounds own kids, brought to life in front of you and accompanied by live music written especially for the show.
The performance explores the themes of growing up and human emotion, blending humour, irony, and bittersweet moments in a way that will resonate with audiences of all ages. Come and support your community’s young people – some of whom may be the very voices you hear on the night.
All welcome.

Proudly, Gardiner Street Arts Collective was announced as a new Hub in the Network. We will continue to be an inclusive not-for-profit organisation, providing opportunities for our community through our GSAC spaces, community garden, programs and workshops which are accessible to all for the pursuit, practice and development of all creativity.
Being part of the Network means we can continue to strengthen our relationships within our communities, while connecting back to the growing state-wide Network.
The Regional Arts Network initiative is supported by Minderoo Foundation and The Ian Potter Foundation, and with funding from the Australian Government’s Regional Arts Fund.
